How is a translation queoted?
The quote is prepared on a personalized basis, analyzing the original document in detail. I evaluate the document, source and target language, format, and type of content. I also take into account the quality of the file. I do not use automatic rates: I review each case individually to provide an accurate quote that reflects the actual complexity of the work.
What file extensions can I send?
The most common file formats are .doc, .docx, .pdf, .jpg, and .png. These are the most common formats for text documents or scanned images. It’s essential that the content is legible and that the file accurately represents the original document. If the file cannot be viewed properly, I will contact you to request a better version. If you have a file in a different format, feel free to contact me to assess its translation capabilities.
How long will it take to receive an answer?
You will generally receive a quote within 24 to 48 business hours after submitting your document. If the file is in good condition, the analysis will be quick. If I need to ask any specific questions, I will contact you right away to resolve them and avoid delays in the proposal. My commitment is to respond promptly, without compromising accuracy.
